What is the process for testing my ECM?
Once your Control Module is received, the experienced technicians at ModuleExperts conduct a thorough Diagnostic Evaluation Service (DES). Our DES includes:
- External inspection and internal examination.
- Communication check.
- Testing of components, capacitors, solder, trace lines, internal circuit board, processor and more.
What if my ECM cannot be repaired?
If we cannot repair or rebuild your module so that it meets our stringent quality standards, we can often offer you a remanufactured unit that provides exceptional performance and reliability at a fraction of the cost of a new one. When a repair is not feasible ModuleExperts rolls the cost of the Diagnostic Evaluation Service into the total cost for a replacement part.
