When sending in your module make certain to take precautions to ensure that your module arrives in the same condition as it was shipped. If you believe there is a problem with the module please notify us prior to altering or installing the item. Altered, abused, or improperly installed items will void the warranty and are not refundable. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental fees. If a module is not able to be repaired we will contact you to review your options! Bench Test Fee: Not all modules are repairable. Sometimes the damage is far too great to fix. Our repair process includes a Bench Test and Internal Component Evaluation (I.C.E.) to determine if the module is defective and whether or not it can be r epaired. If after testing the module we find nothing wrong, you will only be charged $85.00 for the I.C.E. and B ench Test as well as any return shipping costs, while the rest will be refunded. If the module is not repairable we can send it back and refund everything but $85.00 for the I.C.E. and Bench Test as well as any return shipping c osts. Replacement units are available if a module is diagnosed as non-repairable. If you need to purchase a replacement module we will apply all the money you paid for the Repair and Return service to the new module.
