Great service. After trying several other companies, none who were able to reprogram my PCM for 2006 Jeep Libery, Module Experts said they could do it. I needed to the module to ignore the vehicle security system (SKIM) because the Skim went bad. They reprogrammed the unit for $160.00 including shipping, and saved me close to $1000.00. Last week I had my BCM (Body Control Module) remanufactured by Module Experts in Jacksonville, FL. Following their directions I installed it in my 2004 Dodge Dakota single cab short bed pickup. EVERY THING WORKS !!! All lights, power windows, radio. This keeps a very good truck I really like on the road. Thank you to everyone at National Parts for a great job.

What a wonderful service! My auto is running perfectly, but only after I received a :”very difficult to find part” for my 1995 FORD explorer from Nationwide Parts Distributors, Inc., 6873 Phillips Industrial Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256. The time it took to receive the part was quick, and i now have an auto motor that works like new. God bless Chris for his help in communicating with my Ford Dealer, Hennessy Ford in Atlanta, GA.

I was looking to repair an ECM on my mothers ’11 Dodge Caliber and was trying to find a way to do it and not spend an arm and a leg at the dealer. After reading the info on their website, I decided to call and ask a few questions. My questions were answered and I decided to use Module Experts for the repairs. I was informed at all times of what was going on with the repairs and the price was the best of many other options. Total time for the service, including shipping to and from, was just over a week. Totally happy with the produce, service and the company.

WELL DONE!!!! After two months, 4 ECMs, and $1000 dollars in “programming” fees and restocking charges from two other companies, I reluctantly chose to try Module Experts, I spoke to Chris on the phone and explained my issues for a 2002 Ram 2500 cummins 6spd, he asked for info on the truck, and for info other companies never asked for, he was patient to my “venting ” of dealing with bogus ECMs, each time I called or E mailed he answered, it took a week but when I received it and installed it the truck worked perfectly as other companies repeatedly told me the was a issue somewhere else in my truck. Thanks to MODULE EXPERTS my headache is gone.

My car wasn’t running and dealership told me that the computer wasn’t working. The amount of money that the dealership wanted, I was thinking of selling the car. I got in contact with Module Experts and their service was so helpful. Didn’t have to tow car somewhere. Only had to unplug the computers (found out my car has TWO) and shipped them out. In one week, they were returned and fixed for half of the dealership cost. Great Price and Great Service.

I live a nominal 100 miles from any certified FORD Mechanics. Chris and his team went way far out of their way to assist me in troubleshooting and effect repairs on my 1995 F250 Powerstroke. I had been trying to repair this truck for the last 5 months and these folks were able to assist in a great repair. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance repairing their vehicle. After sending my unit out from my local auto parts store they told me that it was not fixable. I had thought that I was going to have to spend $2200 from the dealer but Andy told me to send my module in here and let them try because they hear this all the time. Thanks Andy, my Dodge Cummins ECM is running my truck perfectly no more wait to start issue and normal throttle response.

I purchased a remanufactured body control module for my 02 Jeep Liberty. The unit is working great. These guys know what they are doing!

I have only used module experts a couple times. Both times have been a great experience! My recent one was a customer brought in his 01 Silverado with the ABS module stuck on and draining his battery. I couldn’t find a module anywhere for within his price range. I suddenly remembered getting a BCM through you guys and called them about this one. They were very familiar with the problem, so for half the price of a new one, my customer got an improved one, he is thrilled and down the road and that of course means I am thrilled!
